Payment System
How it works
When your Fair is delivered, it will include a red or white register to process payments. The only difference between the two registers is how to set them up and get connected—everything else is identical. This payment system makes Fair checkout quick and easy because it lets you:

Accept all major credit cards, most tap-to-pay cards, Scholastic eGift Cards, and cash
o
Process eWallets by looking up shoppers by name or scanning a printed barcode
o
Round up purchases to the nearest dollar for Share the Fair contributions
o
Run financial reports in real time

After the Fair
o
Print out your financial summary report.
o
Upload your Fair data to close out the Fair.
o
Pack the register and router back into their carrying case to be picked up with the Fair.
o
After you close out all the registers, you’ll get an email when your financials are ready for you to review. This email usually arrives within 24 hours.
