What’s the first thing you should do when prepping to host your school's Book Fair? Start here!
Prepare for the Fair

Confirm your Fair dates and decide the location and operating hours.

Watch for your Kick-off Kit (it’ll arrive about 2 weeks before the Fair).
o
If you’re accepting cash, we recommend keeping $50 in various bills and coins in your cash drawer. Any checks should be made payable to your school.
o
Visit the Hub's Learning section to watch video tutorials.
Build your team
Teamwork makes the dream work! Recruit a co-host and volunteers to help before, during, and after the Fair.

Reach out to your PTO or booster club for extra hands to decorate and set up the Fair.
o
Recruit class parents to run the register and keep checkout moving smoothly.
o
Invite older students to help kids shop and figure the math on their purchases.
